Coming to Scraphaven

For those who attended Heathers's last workshop earlier this year will know of her fine work and skills she has to offer and what an opportunity it is for us to host her again in 2018. Heather will be offering a full day Workshop to you where you will create a double Layout where you will have space to add a photo of each family member.  This will become a cherished family heirloom. You will create chipboard pieces filled with lots of detail, learn how to use many different mediums, creating some fabulous effects.

Last Week-end for Scraphaven in 2017 ...

This is our Breakup day

10am to 10pm 

For those who have booked in for the morning session only and not lunch, it is bring a small plate to share for Morning tea, those staying for lunch as well, are bringing a salad or sweet, those staying for the day & night are bringing 2 things.

Lunch is Chicken, ham and salad

Dinner group have decided to order Take away and bring a small plate to share for supper.

Copic Workshop Saturday 16th December

Our last copic workshop for the year, of course at this time of the year our theme is 'Christmas'!

First up we will be making a gorgeous little gift box, decorated with a Christmas wreath!
The Box is perfect to give as a gift filled with lollies or chocolates!

Our 2nd project for the day will be a Christmas card.

To make the card we will also be making a 'Wobbler' for the inside of the card.

If you're not sure what a wobbler is,  you will find out on Saturday!

If you would like to get organised ready for the workshop and get your pens ready, here is the list of colours.......

Bring along your flowers already cut out if you can. You will need foam tape, scrap dots, mint and black ink. l have some inks in stock for $1.99 each if you do to have any. Have a thin about the size of photo's you would like to have as this flexible.

Samaritan's Purse Shoeboxes

Many thanks to everyone who helped by making up a shoe box or paying for postage or both.  Scraphaven was able to donate around 22 boxes. The Macedon district was able to collect 1, 215 boxes which was a great result.  37, 000 boxes were sent over to  the Cambodia areas over the past few weeks from Australia, so well done to everyone involved.
